How Does Air Fryer Work to Make Best Apple Tart Pie?

Except for the fan, baking in an air fryer is quite similar to baking in an oven. A fan circulates the hot air to the air fryer. The heated air is circulated by the fan, which cooks your meal.

Resultantly, the baked goods will be flawlessly cooked in a fraction of the time because the air fryer is small in size compared to the oven and has a fan.

Can You Use Store-Bought Pie Crust?

You can make your pie crust or buy one from the shop. For this recipe, I made the apple tart pie from scratch.

Is It Possible to Use Canned Filling?

You can use either homemade or canned apple pie filling. I created a simple apple tart pie filling from scratch.

How to Store Air Fryer Apple Tart Pie?

Allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.

The tart pies will be good for 1 to 2 days at room temperature but suitable for about a week in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, warm them in your air fryer or the microwave.

      Can You Freeze Them?

Individually cover them in saran wrap and set them in a freezer bag. They should last about two months.
