Air Fryer Beer Marinated Duck Breast
Incredibly juicy duck breast that is marinated in beer, thyme and mustard mixture…Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1 cup beer
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- 1 (10½-ounce) duck breast
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the oil, mustard, thyme, beer, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the duck breast and generously coat with marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- Remove the duck breast from marinade and cover with a piece of foil.
- AirFry for about 15 minutes.
- After preheating, arrange the foil-wrapped duck breast into the Air Fryer Basket.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the turkey breast from basket.
- Now grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray.
- Remove the foil from breast and arrange in greased basket.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and adjust the temperature to 355 °F for 5 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, remove the duck breast from Air Fryer and place onto a cutting board for about 5 minutes before slicing.
- Cut the duck breast into desired-sized slices and transfer onto serving plates.
- Drizzle with vinegar and serve.
