Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- 12 (1-inch) pork spare ribs
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
