Ingredients
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 ⅔ cups plain flour
- ⅓ cup caster sugar
- ¾ cup butter
Instructions
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour and sugar.
- Add the butter and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Cut the dough into 10equal-sized fingers.
- With a fork, lightly prick the fingers.
- Arrange fingers into the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 355 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.

- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 12 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, remove the baking sheet from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5-10 minutes.
