      Is A Banana Milkshake Healthy?

It is not only very filling but it is also thought to be healthy. “It is also a go-to drink for fitness enthusiasts who use it to replenish their nutrients and electrolytes after a workout,” said Ayurvedic expert Dr.Nitika Kohli, adding that many people prefer a glass of banana shake as a pre-workout meal.

How to Make a Banana Almond Milkshake?

      Banana Milkshake Variation

To make this banana shake, add the nuts to the blender and make the milk rather than blending and extracting the milk from the nut pulp. Then simply add the fruit and flavoring ingredients. Blend until smooth, rich, and creamy.

      Top Tips:

      • Use sweeter bananas because they naturally sweeten the shake. as a result of which, you can avoid using much unhealthy sugar.
      • Ripe bananas are ideal for milkshakes. Avoid eating unripe or green bananas. The larger varieties are more suitable and produce a thick, luscious banana shake.
      • When using dairy milk, always boil or heat it. Then, if you prefer a chilled banana milkshake, cool it and chill it. This ensures that the milk is still safe to drink. Using unheated milk may cause the drink to curdle.
      • A handful of soaked nuts will improve the banana shake’s flavor, nutrition, and texture.
      • You can also add your favorite fruits, such as strawberries, chikoo, and avocado.
