      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 1 lb chicken sausage
      • ½ lb fresh mushrooms sliced
      • 1 stalk celery chopped finely
      • 1 tbsp onion chopped
      • 4 cups cooked chicken chopped
      • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
      • 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
      • 1 lb frozen cauliflower boiled,drained and chopped roughly
      • to taste salt and ground black pepper

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
      • Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
      • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat andcook sausage, mushroom, celery and onion for about 8-10 minutes, stirringfrequently.
      • Add cream cheese and stir to combine well.
      • Stir in chicken, cheddar cheese, cauliflower, salt andblack pepper and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
      • Cover the baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
      • Uncover and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until topbecomes golden brown.
      • Remove from oven and set aside for about 5 minutes before serving.
