- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 lb chicken sausage
- ½ lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 stalk celery chopped finely
- 1 tbsp onion chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb frozen cauliflower boiled,drained and chopped roughly
