      Ingredients
        

      • 1 cup olive oil
      • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
      • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
      • ¾ tsp Worcestershire sauce
      • 1 small garlic clove minced
      • ¼ tsp ground mustard
      • as required salt and black ground pepper
      • 12 ounces cooked chicekn breasts chopped
      • 6 cooked bacon strips crumbled
      • 10 cups romaine lettuce torn
      • 3 cups grape tomatoes halved
      • 1 large ripe avocado peeled,pitted and chopped
      • 6 hard-boiled large eggs peeled and halved lengthwise
      • ½ cup blue cheese cubed
      • 2 tbsp fresh chives minced

      Instructions
       

      • For dressing: in a blender, add all ingredients and pulseuntil smooth.
      • Transfer the dressing into a bowl and refrigerate beforeserving.
      • For the salad: in a large salad bowl, add all ingredientsand mix.
      • Cover the bowl and refrigerate to chill before serving.
      • Just before serving, drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
