Ingredients
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 1½ tbsp rice vinegar
- 2(5-ounce) skinless,boneless chicken breasts sliced thinly
- 1½ tbsp coconut oil divided
- ½ onion sliced thinly
- ½ large head cabbage sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, black pepper,sesame oil and vinegar.
- Add the chicken and coat with mixture generously and set aside for about 5 minutes.
