      Ingredients
        

      • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
      • 1 small yellow onion chopped
      • 1 cup cream cheese softened
      • ¼ cup heavy cream
      • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
      • 2-3 tbsp water
      • as required Salt and ground black pepper
      • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

      Instructions
       

      • Melt the butter in a wok over medium heat and sauté the onionfor about 6-8 minutes.
      • Add the cream cheese and heavy cream and cook for about 2-3minutes or until melted completely.
      • Stir in the spinach and water and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
      • Stir in the salt, black pepper and lemon juice and removefrom heat.
      • Serve immediately.
