      • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
      • ½ small banana peeled and sliced
      • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shredded
      • ½ cup heavy cream

      Instructions
       

      • In a high-speed blender, add all ingredientsand pulse until smooth.
      • Transfer into an ice cream maker and processaccording to manufacturer’s directions.
      • Now, transfer into an airtight container andfreeze to set for at least 3-4 hours, stirring after every 30 minutes.
