Linea large baking sheet with a siliconebakingmat.
Unfoldthe puff pastry and then cut into 12 small rectangles.
Arrangethe dough rectangles onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10minutes.
Meanwhile,in a bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and zestand whisk until smooth.
Remove the baking sheet of pastries from oven and place onto a counter.
With a spoon, press an oval indention into the center of each pastry.
With a tablespoon, place the cream cheese mixture into the indentionof each pastry.
Bakefor about 10 more minutes.
Removethe baking sheet of pastries from oven and place onto a wire arck to coolbefore serving.
