Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray You can garnish this cake with rainbow sprinkles.
  • cups plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 egg whites
  • ¼ cup arrowroot starch
  • pinch salt
  • to taste Stevia
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
  • Grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mixuntil well combined.
  • Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
  • Refrigerate to chill for about 3-4 hours oruntil set completely.
  • Cut into 8 equal-sized slices and serve.
