Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • tsp salt
  • ½-1 tsp lemon liquid stevia

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add lemon juice and cream cheese and pulse tillsmooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined and fluffy.
  • Transfer the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate tochill before serving.

Notes

Make sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
