Instructions
Preheat youroven to 350 ºF.
Generously grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
For donuts: ina large-sized bowl, place almond flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and saltand mix well.
In anotherbowl, add eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract and beat until well blended.
In the bowl offlour mixture, add the egg mixture and mix until well blended.
Place themixture into the prepared donut holes about ¾ of the way full.
Bake forapproximately 22-28 minutes.
Remove thedonut pan from oven and place onto a cooling rack to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, forcoating: in a small-sized bowl, add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
Carefully remove the donuts from pan and transfer onto a cutting board.
Coat the donutswith melted butter evenly and then roll into cinnamon sugar.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overmix the donut batter.
