white sugar

Instructions
Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
Forcrust: in a bowl, add butter and almond flour and mix until well combined.
Place the mixture into prepared pie dish and with your hands, press the mixture inthe bottom and up sides of pie dish.
Refrigerateto set completely.
Preheatyour oven to 350 °F.
In another bowl, add sugar and eggs and beat until well combined.
Add remaining ingredients except pecans and beat until well combined. Fold inpecans.
Place the mixture into crust evenly.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Remove the pie from oven and place onto a rack to cool completely.
Cut in 6 slices and serve.
Notes
Try to use the freshest pecans.
