honey

vegetable oil

vanilla extract

very ripe banana
peeled and mashed
Instructions
Preheat youroven to 350ºF.
Line a breadloaf pan with parchment paper.
Place almondflour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well.
In a separatebowl, place eggs, honey, oil, vanilla and banana and beat until well combined.
Place themixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake forapproximately 45-55 minutes.
Remove thebread pan from oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Now, invert thebread onto the wire rack to cool completely before serving.
Cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
Notes
make sure to use ripe bananas.
