Instructions
In a heavy-bottomed pan, add heavy creamand vanilla and bring to a full rolling boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Add the butter and stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolateuntil melted.
Place the mixture into a 7x7-inch baking dish evenly and with the back of a spoon, smooth the topsurface.
Refrigerate until set completely.
Cut into desired-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
You can sprinkle this fudge with flaky salt.
