Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325ºF.
Line an 8x8x2-inch baking dish with a pieceof foil and then grease it with cooking spray.
In a large-sized bowl, blend together theoats, granola, flour, nuts, raisins, cherries and cranberries.
In another small-sized bowl, whisk togetherthe egg, brown sugar, oil, honey and cinnamon.
Add the egg mixture into the bowl of granolamixture and mix until blended thoroughly.
Place the bar mixture into the preparedbaking dish evenly and with the back of a spoon, smooth the top surface.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Cut into desired-sized bars and serve.
Notes
You can substitute honey with maple syrup.
