Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup granola
  • ½ cup white whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp dried cherries
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325ºF.
  • Line an 8x8x2-inch baking dish with a pieceof foil and then grease it with cooking spray.
  • In a large-sized bowl, blend together theoats, granola, flour, nuts, raisins, cherries and cranberries.
  •  In another small-sized bowl, whisk togetherthe egg, brown sugar, oil, honey and cinnamon.
  • Add the egg mixture into the bowl of granolamixture and mix until blended thoroughly.
  • Place the bar mixture into the preparedbaking dish evenly and with the back of a spoon, smooth the top surface.
  • Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
  • Cut into desired-sized bars and serve.

Notes

You can substitute honey with maple syrup.
