Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 6(day-old) bread slices torn into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ cup black raisins
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat youroven to 350 ºF.
  • Lightly greasea square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the tornbread in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle withbutter and top with raisins evenly.
  • In amedium-sized bowl, add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Pour the eggmixture over the raisins evenly.
  • Bake forapproximately 43-45 minutes or until top becomes golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Don’t use freshly baked bread in this recipe.
