Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 °F.
Lightly grease a large baking dish with cookingspray.
For filling: in a large bowl, add allingredients and gently stir to blend.
Place the mixture into prepared baking dishevenly.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile,for topping:in another bowl, add allingredients except for 3 tablespoons of white sugar and cinnamon and mix untila coarse crumb form.
Remove the baking dish from oven.
Place crumb mixture over baked filling mixtureevenly.
In a small bowl, mix together the remainingwhite sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the crumbmixture evenly.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until top becomesgolden brown.
Serve warm.
Notes
Make sure to use ripened peaches.
