Nutella
Instructions
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powderand baking powder and with a wire whisk, mix well.
Add the egg yolk, milk and oil and mix untilwell combined.
Place the mixture into a microwave-safe mug.
Add the Nutella in the center ofcake mixture.
Microwave on high for about 1 minute.
Remove the mug from microwave and set aside tocool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not fill the mug with cake batter because there should be enough room for the cake to rise.
