Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup blanched almond flour
  • ¾ cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup creamy almond butter melted
  • ¼ cup pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups unsweetened coconut shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour,cocoa powder, flaxseed and chocolate chips.
  • Add the almondbutter, maple syrup and vanilla extract and gently, stir to combine.
  • With your hands, make equal-sized balls from themixture.
  • Coat the balls with coconut evenly.
  • Arrange the balls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Refrigerateto set for about 15 minutes before serving.
