Instructions
In a large heatproof bowl, place thechocolate and butter. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, add the heavy cream overlow heat and cook until simmering.
Pour the hot heavy cream on top of the chocolateevenlyand set aside for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, in the bowl, add the vanillaextract and stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
Arrange a piece of plastic wrap directly onthe surface and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
With your hands, make equal-sized balls from themixture.

Coat the balls with cocoa powder evenly.
Arrangethe balls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Refrigerateto set for about 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavoring, you can add ¼ teaspoon of pure peppermint extract into the melted chocolate.
