Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
Generously grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
For donuts: in a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and witha wire whisk, mix well.
In another small bowl, add egg, buttermilk and butter and beat until wellcombined.
Add the egg mixture into the bowl of flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Place the mixture into the prepared holes of donut pan about ¾ of full.
Bake for approximately 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the donut pan from oven and set aside for at least 5 minutes to cool.
Carefully remove the donuts from each hole and place onto a platter to cool completely.
Meanwhile, for glaze: ina bowl, add all the ingredients and beat until well blended.
Spread the glaze over donuts and serve.
Notes
You can also use sour cream instead of buttermilk.
