Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
In a cast-iron skillet, heat the oil overmedium-high heat and sera thechicken breasts with salt and black pepper forabout 3 minutes per side.
With a slotted spoon, transfer the chickenbreasts onto a plate.
In the same skillet, add garlic, thyme, andred pepper flakes and sauté for about 1 minute.
Stir in thebroth, heavy cream, Parmesan and salt and bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in the chicken breasts, herbs and lemonslices and transfer the skillet into the oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until chicken iscooked through.
Serve hot.
Notes
For more flavor, add 3-4 cooked and chopped bacon strips.
