Instructions
For custard: in a large-sized bowl, add the eggs, coconut cream and palm sugar and with a wire whisk, beat until well combined.
Through a fine mesh sieve, strain the mixture into another bowl. Set aside.
In a small-sized saucepan, add the water and agar-agar powder over medium heat and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add in the white sugar and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Stir the custard and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Transfer the mixture into molds and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
