Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces lump crab meat
  • 4 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 scallion chopped finely
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 square wonton wrappers
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add the crabmeat, cream cheese, scallion whites and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • In a small bowl, crack the egg and beat lightly.
  • Arrange a wonton wrapper onto a smooth surface.
  • Place 2 teaspoons of crab filling in the center of the wrapper.
  • Dip your finger into the beaten egg and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
  • Pull two corners of wonton up to seal the wonton into a pyramid shape and with your fingertips, press the edges together.
  • Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 350°F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the crab Rangoon into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Spray the outside of each wrapper with cooking spray evenly.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the crab Rangoon from Air Fryer and serve.
