For biscuits: in a bowl, add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, basil, spices and salt and mix well.
In another large bowl, add buttermilk, whipping cream, butter, garlic and oil and beat until well combined.
Add the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Add the cheese and stir to combine.
With your hands, knead until dough ball forms.
Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized balls.
Then press each ball slightly to flatten.
Line the bottom of Air Fryer Basket with parchment paper and then slide inside.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 400 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the biscuits into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 9 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
Stir in parsley and remove from the heat.
After cooking time is finished, remove the biscuits from Air Fryer and place onto a plate.
Brush each biscuit with butter mixture and serve warm.
