Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside
In a bowl, add the milk, egg, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix well.
Stir in the raisins.
In the prepared baking dish, spread the bread cubes and top with the milk mixture evenly.
Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 375 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
Remove the prepared baking from the refrigerator and sprinkle the top with chocolate chips and sugar.
After preheating, arrange the baking dish into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 12 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the baking dish from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
