Air Fryer Brie-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 (8-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken fillets
  • as required salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 brie cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives minced
  • 4 bacon slices

Instructions
 

  • Cut each chicken fillet in 2 equal-sized pieces.
  • Carefully, make a slit in each chicken piece horizontally about ¼-inch from the edge.
  • Open each chicken piece and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Place 1 cheese slice in the open area of each chicken piece and sprinkle with chives.
  • Close the chicken pieces and wrap each one with a bacon slice.
  • Secure with toothpicks.
  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 355 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the chicken breasts rolls into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the chicken breasts rolls into from Air Fryer and place onto a cutting board.
  • Cut into desired-sized slices and serve.
