With a spoon, scoop out the center of each mushroom cap.
Coat each mushroom cap with oil evenly.
Sprinkle the inside of caps with Italian seasoning and salt.
Place the tomato over both caps, followed by the olives and mozzarella cheese.
Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 320 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the mushroom caps into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5-6 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the mushroom caps from Air Fryer and serve.
