In another shallow bowl, add the milk and egg. Beat until well combined.
In a third shallow bowl, place the cornflakes.
Coat each scallop with the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture and finally, coat with the cornflakes.
Spray the scallops with cooking spray evenly.
Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 400 °F to preheat for 5-6 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the scallops into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5 minutes.
While cooking, flip the scallops once halfway through.
After cooking time is finished, remove the scallops from Air Fryer and serve.
