Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • cup icing sugar
  • 1 tsp beet powder
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • cup peanut butter
  • 2 small eggs
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp salt
  • cups powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • For cupcakes: in a bowl ,add all the ingredients and with an electric beater, beat until well combined.
  • Place the mixture into 6silicon cups.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 340 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the silicon cups into the AirFryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10-12 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the silicon cups from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Now, invert the cupcakes onto wire rack to completely cool before frosting.
  • For frosting: in a large bowl, add butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt and beat until well combined.
  • Add the powdered sugar ,one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Spread frosting evenly over each cupcake and serve.
