Lightly grease a small pie pan with cooking spray.
Cut 1 (5-inch) round from the pie crust.
Arrange the pie crust round in a small pie pan and gently press in the bottom and sides.
In a bowl, add egg, cheese, cream, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture over the dough base and top with the chicken.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 360 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the pie pan into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the pie pan from Air Fryer and place onto a cooling rack to cool for about 5minutes before serving.
Cut into equal-sized wedges and serve.
