In a medium non-stick frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and sauté the shallot for about 1-2 minutes.
Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and milk. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Then add the cooked shallot mixture and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Make equal-sized balls from the mixture.
Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 400 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the meatballs into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 11 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the meatballs from Air Fryer and serve.
