Air Fryer Veggie Kababs

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup carrots peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup French beans
  • ½ cup green beans
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled
  • 3 green chilies
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes mashed
  • ½ tsp five spice powder
  • as required salt
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add carrot, beans,peas, ginger, garlic, mint, cheese and pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
  • Add potato, five-spice powder, salt and cornflour and mix until well blended.
  • Divide the mixture into equal-sized small balls.
  • Press each ball around a skewer in a sausage shape.
  • Spray the skewers with cooking spray.
  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the skewers into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the skewers from Air Fryer and serve.
