Grease a cake pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
In another bowl, add eggs and oil and beat well.
Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and bananas and whisk until well combined.
Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the walnuts.
Place the mixture into the prepared cake pan evenly and top with walnuts and raisins.
With a piece of foil, cover the pan.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 300 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the cake pan into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 30 minutes.
After 35 minutes of cooking, remove the foil and adjust the temperature to 285 °F for 5-10 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the chiffon pan from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Now invert the cake onto wire rack to completely cool before slicing.
Cut the cake into desired-sized slices and serve.
