Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
In a bowl, add the chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil andwater and with a wire whisk, mix until well blended.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pace the mixture into the prepared cake pan evenly.
Bake for about 50 minutes.
Remove the cake pan from oven and place onto a wirerack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Dust the cake with confectioners' sugar evenly.
Cut the cake into desired-sized slices and serve.
