In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in water. Set aside.
In a pan, add the coffee and sugar and bring to a gentle boil,stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and add the gelatin mixture, stirringcontinuously until dissolved.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate untilset before serving.
