Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium peaches pitted and chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almonds chopped
  • cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add peaches and pulse untilpuree forms.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pulse untilsmooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the peach mixture into an icecreammaker and process according to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Now, transfer into an airtight container andfreeze for 4-5 hours or until set completely. 

Notes

Choose ripe peaches with a dark yellow color.
