Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime zest grated
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Freeze the ice cream maker tub for about 24hours before making sorbet.
  • In a pan, add all ingredients except for limejuice over medium heat and cook for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
  • Transfer into an airtight container.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • Now, transfer the mixture into an icecreammaker and process according to transfer the sorbet into an airtight containerand freeze for about 2 hours.

Notes

Make sure to use freshly squeezed lime juice.
