Instructions
Freeze the ice cream maker tub for about 24hours before making sorbet.
In a pan, add all ingredients except for limejuice over medium heat and cook for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Transfer into an airtight container.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Now, transfer the mixture into an icecreammaker and process according to transfer the sorbet into an airtight containerand freeze for about 2 hours.
Notes
Make sure to use freshly squeezed lime juice.
