Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples peeled,cored and chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh apple juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup quick rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300 °F.
  • For filling: in a large baking dish,add all ingredients and gently mix.
  • For topping: in a bowl, add allingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Spread the topping over the fillingmixture evenly.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or untilthe top becomes golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

This crisp will be more great if served with a topping of vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce.
