Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a food processor, add the oats, peanut butter and dates and pulseuntil just combined.
Add the protein powder, chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of almond milk andpulse until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish and with your hands,press to smooth the surface.
Freeze for about 20-60 minutes or until set completely.
Cut into desired-sized bars and serve.
Notes
For a nice crunch, you can add ½ cup of pecans.
