Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups half and half cream
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large glass bowl, add all ingredientsand mix until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Place the mixture into the bowl of an icecream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Now, transferthe ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours beforeserving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use heavy whipping cream and half-and-half with a higher percentage of milk fat
