fresh blueberries

honey

fresh lemon juice

Instructions
In a large bowl, place the blueberries, honey,sugar,lemon juice, lemon zest and salt and mix well.
With a potato masher, mash the blueberries.
In a blender, add the mashed blueberries and pulseuntil smooth.
Through a fine mesh strainer, strain themixture into a large bowl, pressing with the back of a large spoon.
Refrigerate the bowl of blueberry mixture forat least 1 hour.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream makerand process according to manufacturer’s directions.
Now, transfer into an airtight container andfreeze for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the ratio of sweetness according to your taste.
