Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add raspberries and water and pulse until smooth.
  • Through a fine mesh strainer, strain themixture into a large bowl, pressing with the back of a large spoon.
  • In the bowl of raspberry puree, add sugar, vanillaextract and lime juice and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  • Transfer the mixture into an ice cream makerand process according to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Now, transfer into an airtight container andfreeze for at least 4-5 hours before serving.

Notes

Fresh, in-season raspberries will give thebest sweeter result.
