Ingredients

fresh raspberries

cup
water
▢

sugar

tsp
vanilla extract

fresh lime juice
Instructions
In a food processor, add raspberries and water and pulse until smooth.
Through a fine mesh strainer, strain themixture into a large bowl, pressing with the back of a large spoon.
In the bowl of raspberry puree, add sugar, vanillaextract and lime juice and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream makerand process according to manufacturer’s directions.
Now, transfer into an airtight container andfreeze for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
Notes
Fresh, in-season raspberries will give thebest sweeter result.
