Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredientsand pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture into serving bowls andrefrigerate to chill before serving.

Notes

Serve this mousse with the topping of sweetened whipped cream.
