Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked chicken cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 large apple cored and chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 3 cups celery stalks chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • as required salt and ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large-sized salad bowl, add cooked chicken and remaining ingredients and mixwell.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

If you like the cold chicken salad, refrigerate it for about 1 hour before serving.
