Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin auce
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger finely grated
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 6 chicken legs

Instructions
 

  • Soak cherry apple wood chips in water for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the smoker to 225 °F, using charcoal andsoaked cherry apple wood chips.
  • In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except for chicken legs.
  • Reserve half of honey mixture in a small bowl as a sauce.
  • Coat the chicken legs with remaining honey mixture.
  • Arrange the chicken legs in smoker and cook, covered for about 2-3 hours,coating with remaining honey mixture occasionally.
  • Serve legs with reserved honey mixture as sauce.

you can adjust the ratio of seasoning according to your taste.
