Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Grease 2 (8-inch) square baking dishes with cookingspray.
In a large saucepan, add the soup, milk and butter overmedium heat and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until heated completely, stirringfrequently.
Remove from the heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese,chicken, peas and carrots.
Divide the mixture into the prepared baking dishes evenlyand top with Tater Tots.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Now sprinkle each casserole with remaining cheese andbake for about 5 minutes longer.
Serve hot.
Notes
This casserole would pair nicely with a side salad.
